I am a self taught artist, whose work can be described as semi abstract with a touch of contemporary, producing art that is visually colourful, moody and atmospheric.

Born and raised by the sea in Ireland, my work is heavily influenced by Ireland's wonderful coastline and the beauty and power of the Atlantic Ocean .

Painting in acrylics and mixed media , I like to build up layers of colour and texture to reflect the many different weather patterns experienced in a typical "Irish Day".

When I paint everything else is forgotten , my mind quietens and my heart settles and in that moment all is well with my soul
